I was fairly happy with the service overall at Hendy Vauxhall & Fiat Poole but they could do better. Was told car had a valet. It may have had a hose squirted on it but inside of doors, boot, petrol casing were very dirty. The dash still had ‘pay and display’ parking tickets from previous owner; a poor excuse for a valet. Was also promised Peugeot car mats but was sent cheap rubbish mats made in china. Disappointing when you spend £17k on a car!
